Think you know everything there is to know about LNE Consulting‘s CEO, Julie Edmonds? Check out this question and answer session and find out!

Q: What’s a food you would never eat?

Fish eye balls. Recently, some people tried to get me to eat that. Also, mayonnaise!

Q: Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

I’m definitely an extrovert. I’m energized by being around motivated people.

Q: What are your pet peeves?

When someone says “I’m living my best life” or “being the best version of myself.” I think those phrases are so cliché.

Q: What are your guilty pleasures?

I’m really careful about what I eat — but if you put a plate of chocolate chip cookies in front of me, I’ll eat them all. I also love the character Olivia Pope on Scandal. And the shows Game of Thrones and Project Runway!

Q: What’s the worst job you ever had?

Hauling tree limbs in the summer heat in southern Louisiana when I was a kid.

Q: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A ballerina… even though I never took a dance class! I also always wanted to own my own business.

Q: What’s one thing you would change about yourself?

I’m extremely clumsy! On our company Costa Rica trip I wrecked my ATV. In St. Augustine I fell on the sidewalk of a busy street. One night, I was just standing up telling a story and I tripped over a coffee table and broke my tail bone. The list goes on… I’m extremely accident prone. I probably should have taken those ballet classes when I was a kid!

Q: What’s the funniest thing that’s happened to you recently?

I was gracefully swimming and managed to scrape my nose at the bottom of the pool. Like I said… clumsy!!

Q: What would you do professionally if you had to do something totally different?

I would be a fiction writer and write books that become movies.

Q: What’s on your bucket list?

Visiting the Egyptian pyramids, taking my kids to the Galapagos Islands, and also taking them somewhere to see snow for the first time!

Q: Which famous person would you like to be BFFs with?

JLo, Oprah, or Ellen Degeneres! JLo just keeps getting better and better with age, she’s a force to be reckoned with. Oprah has such great energy and speaks from her soul. I love that Ellen is so unapologetically herself. She’d always keep me laughing.
